This class has cover charge of $100 per person.

• Minimum of 4 people are required and prepaid prior to class date.
• Cancellation is required 7 days prior to the class for full refund.  Otherwise, 50% of cover charges will be refunded.
• It is designed to provide a way to grow medicinal mushroom and an actual hand on inoculating mycelium into a gluten free grain.
• It should take about 2 hours.

  • Inoculate one type of mycelium.
  • Teach how to grow and to dry.
  • One self-made medicinal mushroom kit.
